Free Shipping on Parrot Supplies

Free Shipping is offered with free ground shipping within the 48 lower states only. Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping, or shipping to Hawaii, Alaska , or Puerto Rico.

You may return most new, unopened items with original tags still attached to the items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the original shipping costs. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Otherwise, if you want to return an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee getting the product back to us. Returns must be sent via a reputable shipping company such as UPS, USPS or FedEx and must have a tracking number.

Any products that have been used, dirty, or are damaged are not returnable. There are no restocking fees on brand new items returned in new, resell-able condition.

Cloth items including cotton bird perches, birdie boings, bird toys or bird leashes and Health products including medications, shampoos and opened vitamins are non refundable do to health & sanitation issues.

 If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the correct size/color. Then simply return back the first order that you do not want and we will refund the first order entirely. When you return your order, please include the original packing slip or sales receipt with a written explanation of the new order number and reason for exchange.

 Refused / Return To Sender - If you refuse an order or send the order back as return to sender, you will be charged both the original shipping fee as well as the cost of return shipping. NO exceptions.

 You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 Once you send the email and receive confirmation back from us that the item can be returned, please ship the item back to:

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
